I googled the word “Busy” and it was defined as “actively or fully engaged or occupied.” It sounded so general to me, so I decided to make my own “specific” definitions and they are as follows;

I am busy when…

1. I find myself eating in front of the computer because the time I chew my food can be more productive
2. I can’t even write a personal blog. Or write one which doesn’t need much thinking. (Like this one!)
3. there’s so many sites opened on my browser because I have to do one while the other is still loading
4. I have to make a To-do list or else I won’t finish everything
5. my only rest is to look after Lia
6. I have Lia in my arms while helping Marcus with his assignment and telling Zach to stop jumping on the couch
7. I wish that there’s such thing as buying sleep (a lot of it!)
8. I can’t even read a book. My sister’s ‘Lost Symbol’ is with me for months already, not to mention all those vampire books still waiting to be read. (Not the Twilight saga, though they’re on my list as well). Ghaaaddd…
9. Driving to fetch my kids is a breather.
10. You see me drinking multivitamins.
11. I don’t see the mess my kids are making nor hear their noise.
12. I answer your question with a Yes or No
13. I keep on declining a lunch date with friends
14. I’m lost with today’s date
15. My mind is shutting down. haha!

I can go on and on with this list but I guess I made my point already. Besides, I really have to go now.
