The DDA or the Disability Discrimination Act is a truly altruistic piece of legislation which aims to allow the disabled person a chance to become an active part of the workforce and thus live a normal life in their quest to integrate themselves seamlessly into mainstream society. And at the forefront of this quest is Inclusion, which has been helping out companies to fully comply with the provisions and requirements of this bill.
Through Occupational Therapy solutions such as Vocational Rehabilitation and a Disability access audit, Inclusion has been finding solutions that will benefit not only the disabled people who are the main beneficiaries of the bill, but also the companies whose desire to participate is quite a determined effort on the part of mainstream society in itself. So make DDA a reality by making Inclusion a serious part of your company’s dedication to make this benevolent act a reality.
