Complete home gyms should feature the right combination of cardio and strength training equipment for effective workout programs. Cardiovascular exercises using treadmills and transports improve endurance and strengthen the heart muscles. Free weights and machines, on the other hand, will let you focus on specific parts of your body, resulting in increased muscle mass and improved bone strength. One without the other would result in an incomplete and ineffective workout.
